Terms and conditions for our relocation services

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Prime Relocation GmbH for relocation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Provided
Prime Relocation offers professional relocation services including but not limited to:
- Home search and rental application support
- Immigration and work permit assistance
- School search and admissions support
- Orientation tours and area familiarization
- Settling-in services and administrative support
- Corporate relocation programs
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for documentation
- Attend scheduled appointments and viewings
- Make timely decisions within agreed timeframes
- Pay agreed fees according to the service agreement
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms and schedules are specified per engagement. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except as required by Swiss law.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Prime Relocation cannot guarantee:
- Approval of visa or permit applications (decisions rest with authorities)
- Acceptance by landlords or schools (final decisions are theirs)
- Specific timelines for third-party processes beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Information is only shared with third parties as necessary to provide our services and with client consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Fees for services already rendered remain due.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
